The most rewarding aspect of being a physical therapist is seeing the changes – whether big or small but meaningful. It’s very reassuring and rewarding to me to know that I can be a part of something life-changing through therapy, and how it can cause positive rippling effects into other aspects of life.
My approach is to control pain first, improve mobility and flexibility, then stabilization, body awareness/technique, endurance, and finally strength. If these steps are followed in sequential order, we will see positive outcomes that will translate into a better you.
In my spare time I enjoy my family first – spending all my time with my children, striving to be the best me. I enjoy CrossFit, basketball, good music, the outdoors, learning and perfecting my skills as a therapist, and being the best manual therapist that I can be for my patients and family and friends.
