The most rewarding aspect of being a healthcare provider is assisting individuals in the recover of various injuries including hands and arms. These types of injuries can be extremely debilitating and may limit or inhibit participation in many meaningful aspects of life. I enjoy working alongside the patient to facilitate independence with performing activities that they love or need to do as they move forward in their life.
I approach the care and treatment of each individual by working together to meet each patient’s needs based on their specific injury. I enjoy collaborating to create goals aimed at regaining functional independence with the focus of returning to important interests and tasks. This includes educating patients on their physical injuries, learning how to manage them, and providing the tools for their successful recovery.
I love sports! I enjoy playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and trying new sports. I am a New Mexico United fan and the Denver Broncos are the best NFL team (convince me otherwise). Other hobbies I enjoy include going to the gym, going to church, playing guitar, skiing, and hanging out with family and friends.
