Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

During your first visit, our physicians will assess your condition to determine the best course of treatment available for you.

Physical Therapy — which is non-invasive — is often the best treatment. It typically involves strengthening and flexibility exercises, nerve stimulation and other techniques.

Rehabilation therapy is designed to help patients regain mobility, reduce inflammation and ease pain.

If you had surgery, rehabilitation is part of the healing process, used to build strength, improve stability, increase flexibility and reduce swelling. These benefits improve outcomes, prevent additional injuries and improve overall health and function.

Our Physical Therapy team includes certified physical therapists, therapy assistants and support staff who are dedicated to providing quality care. We offer a variety of techniques and, when you are ready, create individual programs so you can continue the recovery process at home.

For your convenience, we have three state-of-the-art locations in the greater Albuquerque area. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
